Rise & Run Club

Rise & Run Club is BACK by Popular Demand! Spring Session Sign-Up Opens April 15th! You asked—we listened! Our empowering and energizing 6-week Rise & Run Club is returning, and spring session registration officially opens April 15th. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is your chance to reignite your goals, find your rhythm, and join a supportive crew of women who rise early and run with purpose.


We meet Monday through Friday from 5:00–6:00 AM, with an optional long run on Saturday mornings. Each week, we rotate locations based on the group’s demographics to ensure no one has a commute longer than 10–15 minutes. Flexibility is key—you choose your run days! Whether that’s one, three, or all six, there’s a place for you here.

Junior Trail Runners: Spring & Summer Edition

Back for its fourth season, Junior Trail Runners offers young athletes a chance to explore the trails while building endurance and confidence. This program is designed to introduce children to the joys of trail running in a fun, supportive environment. Registration opens soon. Join our "Huddle" and be the first to know when registration opens with the link at the bottom of the page! Program slated to begin in May!​​

Upcoming Fall ​​​Programs in Partnership with East Granby Parks & Recreation:

TotalRunnerAthletics’ Lil’ Sprinters 5K Club
TotalRunnerAthletics is proud to partner once again with East Granby Parks & Recreation to bring Seymour School students an exciting opportunity to experience the joy of running! This 6-week, after-school program is designed for students in grades 3–5 and introduces the fundamentals of running through fun, age-appropriate activities and games. With a strong focus on physical fitness, confidence-building, and teamwork, the Sprinters 5K Club welcomes young runners of all abilities and promotes a lifelong love of movement. Participants will train to complete a 1-mile or 5K race, with the option to join in various local events, including the exciting “FitKids in School Final Mile Day” at Wickham Park for students in grades 4 and 5. Every session provides a supportive, inclusive environment where kids can grow, have fun, and celebrate their progress—one step at a time! Middle School Runners 5K Challenge
TotalRunnerAthletics is excited to return this spring in partnership with East Granby Parks & Recreation to offer middle school students a dynamic running experience through the Runners 5K Challenge. This 6-week program is designed to help young athletes elevate their running skills and prepare for high school cross-country and track & field. Open to both beginners and experienced runners, the program provides personalized 5K training plans, focuses on technique, endurance, and mental strength, and fosters a supportive, team-oriented environment. Participants will have the opportunity to test their progress in weekly 5K races starting in early May and take part in the highly anticipated “FitKids in School Final Mile Day” at Wickham Park on May 22nd. Whether your child is training for competition or simply wants to build confidence and strength through running, this program provides the perfect foundation for future success.
